Compatibility
FreeImageKit uses a locally loaded AVIF codec for still-image conversion; animation and metadata preservation are not supported.
Convert AVIF images locally
FreeImageKit has a local decode path for AVIF. Exports remove source metadata, and still-image routes do not preserve animation or extra pages.
